Cancellation Policy

Lets face it, buying an artwork is an investment.  Select your forever artwork carefully.

I do my best to represent the actual colours in artworks, however colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork upon arrival.

Returns and/or exchanges are not offered simply for change of mind.  

Returns due to shipping or in-transit damage will be assessed case by case.  

Please use the CONTACT GRACE section and message me immediately if your parcel arrives damaged.  Immediate photo evidence would also be required.

Grace uses professional quality canvases and paint products however all artworks are subjected to aging, you may notice colours slightly fade over the years. There is no returns for aging artwork. 

PRINTS - All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged simply because you change your mind and/or doesn't suit you decor anymore.
